LurnRecruit’s fee is 21% of the annual salary of the role we are commissioned to work for you. The fee is paid at different stages of the entire recruitment process.
Upon confirmation of agreement of terms and working arrangement between you and LurnRecruit, a dedicated account manager would begin our search service on your behalf. At this stage of the process, we charge a non-refundable upfront of 7% of the commissioned role’s anticipated annual salary.
In about five weeks’ time, your dedicated account manager will present a short list of candidates that best match your organisation’s expectations. At this stage of the process, we charge a further (non-refundable) 7% of the role’s anticipated annual salary.
Upon successful hire of the employee, the final commissionable fee of 7% of the role’s annual salary will be invoiced to you. We work with you on the usual refund-or-replacement terms wherein if for any reason you are not satisfied with the employee, we would be happy to refund the final 7% of the fee or work towards finding another suitable candidate for the same role.
